Tamaki Science Roadshow
Yesterday afternoon rooms 18,19,and 21 went to the Tamaki College hall to learn about science.
The two presenters told us about the different temperatures in our freezers and fridges. They said that if the temperature from a fridge was dropped some people would like to be in a fridge than outside.
After showing us the different temperatures onto the exhibits. We had to explain to one of the teachers what this exhibit does and how it works.
e.g-'skeleton reflection' the chair would be empty with no one sitting on it but when you switch the light on a skeleton reflects to the chair from the light. There were many others too but if you but if you get two hole punches then your name will go into the box to win a prize.
We raced back to our chairs to find out who the lucky winners were.(Tia and AfeenZ)Now that that was over we moved on to our five different senses.(nose-smell, eyes-see, ears-hear, hands-touch, mouth-taste)
