A Day At The Beach

“Wake up wake up!” my mum said to me because today we were going to the beach. It was 10:00 am in the morning and I just remembered that my cousins and I were going to the beach.

On a Saturday morning my cousins and I went to the beach to have a swim at Point England reserve. It was a great thing to do because this was the only fun thing I did during my holiday. I got dressed into shorts and a t-shirt then I was off to my cousins house. We walked through a bush walk because they were too lazy to walk the long way. When we got there the tide was out.

As we were walking towards the water I slipped on the rocks and got all dirty. I was so angry because my cousins were laughing at me so I immediately through mud at them. It began to turn into a mud fight instead of a swim. We were so dirty that we jumped in the water and washed all the mud off.

By then we were freezing cold and we wrapped ourselves in our towels. We took the short cut back home because we were not in the mood for walking.

All About Me

Kia Ora, my name is Chelsea and I am a year 7 at Point England school. My favourite subject is maths. It is very cool and also my favourite sport is softball. I am in room 21 and my teachers name is Mrs Lagitupu.

I have 1 brother and 2 sisters. After school we all play and go for walks. Every morning when we go to school,I run with my baby brother in his pram. He laughs all the time.

This year I am looking forward to camp and being in sport teams to represent the school.

When I grow up I really want to be a teacher because I think it would be a good opportunity for me.
